I'd had a tap problem for quite a time which was starting to cause me stress and as I always like to stay local to Criccieth and use proper tradesmen instead of big companies I'd become very frustrated as the locals who were in Criccieth promised plenty but were found lacking as they couldn't even be bothered to come back to me when I was trying to get the problem fixed. One day I saw Kevins van and thought I'll give it a try even though he wasn't from Criccieth (he was from Pwllheli). Rang him up that evening, arranged for him to call the next day and hey presto, Job was done ! Even though it was a little complicated at first, he got on with the job with no fuss and even advised me on another problem that I didn't realise was there. So, needless to say that anything heating or plumbing I need in the future, Kevin is my man, and to make it even better, he's a nice bloke !!
