Thank you to the fantastic team at Rowlands for not only helping me whilst ill on holiday when local health centres refused but they did it with compassion, friendliness and exceptional customer service. From the first phone call to walking out of the chemist with antibiotics they had a total focus on helping me and finding a solution. If every establishment could use this as an example of how to have a can do attitude instead of a work to rule attitude the world would be a better place. Thank you and keep up the excellent work you do.

Wow! Just brilliant. Got a problem 15 minutes before closing. Sorted and resolved. This is how to do it, from problem to solution in 20minutes. That is can do and you guys can do!!

Working away from home for 3 days and I discovered i had left my medication at home. My nearest pharmacy was Rolands so i called in and explained my predicament and both the assistant and the pharmacist couldnt have been more helpful if they tried. Not only did they have the exact medication the pharmacist didnt charge me , i wish the chemists in the England were like this. Thank you both for your kindness and first class service x

Abysmal service, appalling attitude. I felt sorry for the staff as they seem genuinely embarrassed by the chemists complete lack of interest in helping me. I did manage to get my emergency prescription in Aberdyfi. Which is a mere 60 miles away.

Staff very rude, unhelpful and lacking knowledge. Staff looked at me and other customers as we were a piece of s%*t. This is sadly my local pharmacy but I will be getting my prescription from another local pharmacy a few miles away from now on. Awful place
