        Very professional really knowledgable about the local market. This coupled with her tenacity and great humour made her a great choice for us in selling our property. Highly recommended.

        Seriously do not go there. I had the misfortune of encountering Ms Chirgwin who provided a probate valuation to my solicitor on my Mum's house. Really that is all she is good for. I put the house on the market with her. 10 weeks it was on with her and it was seen 3 times. Then I realised it wasn't on Rightmove and had to kick and scream to get it on there through her 'partner'. She didn't inform me of things that could be done in order to sell the property. I dropped the price of the property 3 times before it went on Rightmove. Had it been on there from the beginning I might have got my asking price. Avoid like the plague...she couldn't sell a mars bar to Dawn French and her "shop" is rarely occupied. She did the basics....badly.
