Ideal Boat Sales Ltd.

Looked like the real thing when you drive up and see the place But apon arriving getting appoched by members of staff asking what we want. We.have come to look at a ski you have forsale. The worst sales service ive ever had in my 59years of life. We did buy the ski at a cost of 14k. In the corner of my eye i have seen a boat called the saxdor 320. Made a little enquire on cost and saying from 180k . Ok sounds good. But very bad sales staff. Ok we arrive to collect the ski i just bought my son. And again got what do we want hear (had to explane that we are collecting a ski we have paid for). So prior to going to collect the ski i made 2weeks reserching about the saxdor i have decided i will have one. But after the service recived and never getting the information sent i dont understand how they are an approved dealer. Stating that they are the only dealer. So i think we need another dealer ship that respects there customers. I will be getting direct intuch with saxdor over there so called dealer.

Recently bought a boat from these guys and the service was top notch. Ben helped me from start to finish showing me round the boat, helping negotiate a deal all the way to the delivery and sea trial. Really pleasant experience. Cheers Ben
