I'll explain this in simple terms for you as per your invoice. Labour std rate 20 per hour - total charged 240. = 12 hours. I'm sorry but i really can't break it down any more than this. Maybe you should have gone to my maths class and not yours.
However I would be gratfull if you could explain what else you actually did in the 12 hours other than change the Impelller.
After only been on the water for five minutes and the engine starts to overheat I think i've got every right to come back and ask what work did you carry out on the boat, but to be told it starts with the key and you will have to email in with the problems wasn't something i was expecting. Your customer skills cleary aren't your strong point.
Not sure what Total Boat Sales has to do with me, obviously touched a nerve, but i defianetly won't be needing a solicitor to defend this.
