        Went into the branch to change some money for kids whilst were on holiday. An even though we had an account with them, the members of staff was really rude, all need communications training because the way they spoke to myself any sister in-law was disgusting

        Each time I have had to attend this branch the staff have been very polite and always happy for a chat. I recently had a problem and they went out of the way to solve for me. Recommended for when need to deal with a human being. Parking is on the high street or a back street so not always easy. Automatic door for disabled access. Cashpoint.
