We met Simon for the first time at the National Self-Build Centre in Swindon where he was on an expert panel covering different building materials, representing timber frames. He came across by far the most competent and was able handle the most challenging technical questions with ease. This translated perfectly when we chose Frame Technologies for our modern agricultural barn conversion in Worcestershire. The massive positives we found using Frame Tech: 1. Simon's vast knowledge of building was simply brilliant not just on the timber frame but on all aspects of the build. For each stage he understood the problems/issues and would come up with a quality solution. 2. Jennifer was fantastic when it came to finances. We had a delay sorting out our mortgage and all times Jennifer was patient, polite and flexible which was incredibly helpful in reducing the stress. 3. They are incredible responsive to all enquiries. No matter how trivial the question almost without exception I could pick-up the phone and immediately speak to Simon or he would call me back with the hour, the same over emails. You just don't get that anywhere else. 4. Quality product. This house is for my family so we didn't want something that wouldn't last or would have issues later down the line. Everything about the build was the best quality or the best method of construction, it never felt we were taking shortcuts out of convenience. 5. The price for the frame was comparable with other methods such as SIPS but the quality is premium throughout. We also ordered a few extras through Simon and when I checked he was much cheaper than I could source. 6. Service throughout - Frame Tech helped us throughout the build, supporting us even at foundation level making sure we had everything in place and suggesting things we should consider at a particular stage. Even once the frame was up, their aftercare has been amazing, checking we knew what we were doing for the following stages. Overall a fantastic experience with an awesome product at a reasonable price. I've all recommended Frame Tech to my brother and another friend who have similar projects lined up.

Frame Technologies are simply fantastic! Nothing was ever too much hassle for Simon and the rest of his team, from start to finish. The team of professionals enabled a family of amateurs (ourselves) to self build our dream home, something we never thought would be possible. I cannot rate Simon and his team highly enough, they have been a pleasure to work with and maintain a relationship with us to this day, despite finishing on our site over a year ago. The work ethic of the team is absolutely outstanding and turnaround time is so quick (blink and you may miss it!). Support during the project lifecycle and aftercare is brilliant, and we have never felt alone during our journey. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Simon and I hope to stay in contact for years to come. Thank you for turning our derelict old war building (repurposed as a piggery and then stables) into our beloved 3 bedroom dream home! Something we never thought would become reality and is still a pinch me moment on occasions!!

I highly recommend this timber frame manufacturer. Very professional, friendly, knowledgable and most of all helpful company to deal with. They gave us advice on many parts of the build, not just help with the timber frame. Simon has a huge amount of knowledge and problem solving ability and also recommended some very good companies for other parts of our build.

I started my project with another timber frame supplier but left due to the long timescales and lack of urgency to respond to anything in a timely manner. Frame Technologies were a breath of fresh air and I had confidence from day one. Simon is extremely knowledgeable about the whole timber frame business and I had a lot of confidence in him and his wife Jennifer. They were extremely helpful during design stage and their architect and designer were also very helpful and thoroughly professional. They answered every email and phone call in a timely manner and always delivered on time and advised me throughout the process, even after the sale and erection. I can't thank them enough for helping me with this, my first and last, self build. I'd highly recommend them.
