        "Oh no, you've got to be kidding me" was the warm welcome we received on entering the premises. Mind you we were asking a lot, how dare we have the presumption at 13.10pm on a Saturday lunchtime to expect a smile and maybe......lunch! You would have thought she would have been glad to see four adults in an otherwise empty premises, however we obviously interrupted her mealtime with her friend. Needless to say we made a hasty retreat, under no circumstances was I willing to stay with such poor customer service- I do believe she'd be more at home serving in Karen's Dinner. Appalling attitude in today's climate!
