Allports Fish & Chips Porthmadog

Very disappointed, "Allports" a chip shop for locals only. The second I entered the premises I could feel an atmosphere, having stood in front of the counter for what felt like forever with the guy just looking at us, we awkwardly placed our order, all the time wondering what they could be talking about in an other language, "your fish will have to come in a separate box" I was informed, wierd. Ime thinking this must be a big fish, on getting back to the car we opened our boxes and was very disappointed, the Cod which I had to have as there wasn't any Haddock was so small ime pretty sure was undersize and undercooked was sitting in a pool of oil. Service and product 1 out 1 of 10.

The food its self is allright, it would live up to its standards if the staff knew what they were doing. I have received the wrong order many times here and the staff being snarky and rude when returning it, they never listen or ask if you want salt or vinegar or say thank you and your welcome, there is only 1 nice staff member there.
