Had their crazy horse messenger bag / satchel well over a year and it just looks better and better with age. And I've put it through heavy duty work every day. Would definitely buy again

Excellent service and the bag I bought is superb quality. Diolch I must sadly edit my review and take off two stars. The bag I bought is no longer on the website and it has developed a fault. The lining is coming apart on the inside seam. I did send a somewhat rambling email to them but I never received a reply or acknowledgement. I still use the bag and it is a good looking, expensive bag but I do take it easy knowing the lining is not as good as it should be

Very bad service. I've ordered a bag and more than two weeks later I haven't received it. I've had chased them several times and they always say that there was a miscalculation on how many bags they had on stock and then problems with receiving the new bag. But would never let know proactively
