Day before arrival told oven was not working.We was given the opportunity to cancel but declined.On arrival the Cups was stained from last visitors.The nets was hanging in tatters.The doors was filthy from previous pets.Razer blades.and shaving equipment left in bathroom.Obviosly not checked.Dirty laundry left in a drawer. The tv had no reception. The sky light leaked when it rained.rust on radiators On the plus we complained and the cleaners came back out.The tv was looked at but still not right.All of these things could be put right so easily.Lovely caravan position. So disappointing..

Seriously NOT impressed to receive an email today (16 Feb 20 ) telling us that the caravan we booked and paid a deposit for through you in November 19 is suddenly 'not available'. Would have been nice to receive a call at least,out of common courtesy with an explanation,as we are now left to find a replacement caravan for the same dates to avoid letting our grandchildren down,and most decent accomodation on the site we had booked is already taken. Appalling customer service.
