        Needed emergency bike repair as riding at antur stiniog bike park and ended up having no rear brakes , phoned joel at 3.30om on a friday afternoon, took bike down (20mins away from stiniog bike park) by 4.30 on it was all sorted new rear rotor which he had to adapt slightly and new rear pads Cant thank him enough what a great guy and service to match Highly recommend

        Needed an emergency repair/ replacement for a snapped gear cable. Even though these guys were busy, they fitted me in fixed it (plus a few other issues I hadn't spotted), and got me on the road again within an hour or so. Awesome service, very reasonable price, very highly recommended.

        Got a flat nearby whilst racing a triathlon and my tool case had fallen out. The mechanic quickly changed my tube and checked the tyre. He got me back on the road and allowed me to pay over the phone later that day.

        Needed a knew crankset whilst on holiday. KK cycle ordered parts and repaired my bike within 24 hours, can't praise them enough
