Sold us a car which couldnt be driven home properly due to 5th gear not working. Also had no fuel so had to fill up straight after purchase. They did a quick fix which didnt work to fix the gears, and then had the cheek to tell us they would pay the 260 repair cost, only to leave us waiting a month and then going back on their word when the issue was their fault. Terrible customer service!

**Avoid this company at all costs** Purchased a Peugeot Expert van from this company. Had issues soon as I had the van delivered. I was told this vehicle was HPI clear, had full service history. Recent Cambelt change and 12 months MOT with zero advisories as well as a 6 month warranty. I took the van to a garage at my own expense after when I noticed major issues. Reported the issue back to the dealership who booked the van into A separate RAC registered garage. Who then gave me back a 5 page report on the vehicle and what issues it had. Which consisted of the same advisories that the MOT failed on. Meaning that they faked the MOT certificate to pass it and get it road worthy. No Cambelt had been changed either. Ad blu tank held together with silicone. The garage recon it was salvaged from a scrap yard and put together with all second hand parts. No service history either and the warranty didnt cover any of the issues that the RAC garage discovered. Sent the van back and they tried telling me I couldnt return it. However due to 30 days return policy I was able to do so. Quite ignorant of the garage to not know these laws. Absolutely Poor customer service from Liam and Andy. Wouldnt recommend with dealing with any of these cowboy car salesmen. Cost me a fortune for nothing. Please avoid and do not buy from this dealership! They are con artists who sell vehicles with fake documents who I will be reporting to DVLA and any other appropriate governing bodies.

This company is A1. Ive had so many issues when buying second hand cars in the past. But Avis do exactly what they say on their website. I had issues after purchasing the vehicle I contacted Avis and they arranged to pick my vehicle up and completed the work that was required to ensure I had a vehicle in top condition. One thing in particular is Avis offer full support after you receive your vehicle and they are brilliant with that aftercare. Well done to you all at Avis and thank you again.
