        Totally improved from our last visit. The chef here can cook a nice, succulent gammon steak. The restaurant was moderately busy but the single waitress made short work of it and the service was excellent. Looking forward to our next visit.

        We turned up on Easter Monday at lunch time after deciding last minute to spend the day out near the beach so I searched for somewhere to eat online. The decor of the pub is lovely, the staff were lovely and welcoming and the food was fantastic. Great portions, lovely presentation, obviously freshly prepared and good value for money. The kids were well catered for on the menu too which is always a risk when going somewhere for the first time but there was a good vegetarian option so everyone was full and happy. Would definitely visit again.
