Absolutely shocking what a rip off the food was disgusting they couldn't even be bothered to cut the piter bread to put the chicken in what a waste of 26 don't go there go somewhere else for the price it was sh t made have a bad stomach also the staff are rude

Ordered a specific pizza with 4 toppings that was not available on the menu. Delivery took an hour and turned out the pizza was wrong, the lady who took the order and my complaint phone call advised me it was just her running the restaurant. That the pizza should have been as requested. So why 5 stars? The following day mpt only was the female employee by far the most apologetic I have experienced off the back of a mistake she also went out of her way to replace the pizza to the exact specification free of charge right there and then. That was when I saw her taking the orders, preparing the food ( on a busy porthcawl sea front during a heatwave ) packing, cleaning, it was chaos and she was doing it alone. The pizza we had was amazing, and despite the below negative reviews we previously used Pizza Bella on our visits and will do again. Sometimes it's easy to jump on a complaint. Thank you :) ps this is not an employee review, I complain worse than anyone if I feel cheated or sub standard service everywhere lol

Ordered food at 4.25 lady on phone said food should be about an hour as waiting on the driver rang back at 5.30 still awaiting driver so not sure how much longer have to wait
