        Izzy made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the doors (and I found the whole idea of a personal trainer and a new gym absolutely daunting beforehand!) She is so supportive & approachable but pushes me to my absolute limit - after every session i always feel like I am one step closer to my goal. Could not recommend her enough!

        I have been training with Izzy for just over a year, and she has been an incredible support. No day is the same with training and she will always push you to your best abilities. Izzy supports me more than she knows. I suffer with my mental health, and theres been days that Ive really struggled to do anything, but as soon as I have had my PT session, I feel like a complete different person throughout the day. Thank you for everything you have helped me with! X
