Absolutely fantastic care company, my mother is a very independent 90 year old lady and I was nervous of how she would react having been in hospital for 4 months. The service has exceeded my expectation and the staff and owners have been so accommodating with a company culture that is very rare nowadays. Huw Williams

I would not recommend Imeus Healthcare as they don't let clients when they have complex needs and autism and also take on extra packages to push them out of their company. They are dishonest with their clients and they don't understand the impact of what they're doing in their management team. The attitude by management is all we've got to get to know the person and then when they know them they'll dump them for a new client. They also cancel calls on their vulnerable clients and leave them with no cause for the whole day only before half an hour before the call.

Would not recommend this company to work for. After working for them over a year. They havent given me work for 2 weeks to being ignored and then when finally getting hold off them being told everyone else has prior to work as I couldnt work many hours every after they knew before I started I had 3 young kids, no interview was given you get offered the job straight away and not one off the employees have any training. You attend double handed calls with people using hoists who have never used one before.
