Awful , just awful ,Mal Jones installed boiler incorrectly, No air gap on the condensate pipe (as per install instructions) Now need to shell out for a new boiler Update: yes it was Mal Jones I can see why he was on the TV show "the ferret"

Mal was very professional and friendly. Arrived on time and installed a new boiler and thermostat. He set up the heating system and explained everything to my 96 year old father. Also returned to explain it again. I would recommend Mal Jim freeman

Had to call a Plummer out to fix a substantial leak from my boiler that had developed over the weekend. Only discovered when it came through the ceiling downstairs. I tried calling several Plummers but Mal from Central Heating Services UK Ltd was the first to respond. I had never used him before but he identified the problem immediately and had to order a part which he fitted the following day resolving the leak. Mal kept in touch letting me know when he was going to call and what needed to be done while we waited for the part and what he was doing during fitting it. It was a difficult part to get a seal on and wasnt as easy as some other boilers he had worked on with the same problem. However he persevered and did the job well. Was able to take payment a variety of ways which made it easy for me. Great overall first experience.
