Ideally placed right in the centre of everything, shops, beach, pavilion. Lovely apartment, very clean, nicely decorated, everything you could want, complimentary things left in the fridge and nice white fluffy towels, in the bathroom. Nice little touches all around the rooms and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed for the Elvis festival, Heartbreak Hotel is in the next street which is definitely worth a visit, this place is a bar which has a dancefloor, tribute acts, dancefloor and great atmosphere.

We stayed at 39 John Street for my best friends 21st birthday celebrations. Alice and the team were brilliant and communicated with us so well before our stay. We kindly asked if Alice could pick up some balloons and banners to put up in the room ready for when we arrived, she was very happy to do this for us and decorated it all perfectly! The room we stayed in was beautiful, along with being so clean and tidy with lovely and comfy furniture. The location was also really good, we were close to the beach, car park and town! Our experience was amazing all round and Alice did everything to ensure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Well appointed apartment close to all amenities Alice was extremely helpful over the phone explained it was possible to download a parking app which was really useful. We really enjoyed our stay superb shower (towells provided) comfortable beds. Kitchen has fridge, toaster microwave and kettle. T.V in lounge and second bedroom. Highly recommended

Location was ideal for visiting porthcawl, very central & easy to find. There is a pay & display car park very close. Communication prior to check in with Alice was great, and I had easy self check in instructions provided on the day. From the minute you walk in you can see the amount of effort that has gone into this accommodation. Its very aesthetically pleasing and modern. Very instagrammable I stayed in the scaramouche studios which was bigger than I thought it would be and it was absolutely stunning. Everything was of such high quality from the furniture, bedding, a large smart tv and there was even choices of cocktail glasses to use! I loved the little details around the room such as the art work & the Queen books. The bathroom was very light and airy and the whole place was very clean. The dressing area was a really nice touch and again very aesthetically pleasing! Alice gifted us a box of chocolates which was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and I will definitely return!
