Placed an online order for Inis body butter and two candles which unfortunately were out of stock. I had a voicemail from Rachel the following morning offering to go through the new woodwick fragrances they had. When I called back Rachel took the time to go through each scent and recommended her favourite which sounded lovely and did not disappoint when it arrived. What an amazing friendly service! I used to live local to Maple and never knew it was there, despite living 200 miles away now I would definitely order from them again as well as recommend for my friends to shop there.
