The Posh Door Company

The doors are crammed in the van without adequate packaging. As the result the door came smashed in many places. When contacted about replacement company offered minimal discount at first and then just stopped replying. Avoid.

The service from the Posh Door company was excellent. Their website is fantastic, very visual and easy to navigate. My order was a little complex and I needed some technical assistance. Donna provided great advice and support, identifying my needs and being patient and flexible with the changes we made prior to ordering. She was incredibly warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company and I would definitely shop with them again based on this experience. Oh and my doors are absolutely beautiful too!

We had our Palladio door fitted last month and we are over the moon with it Very informative initial communication with Lee he gave us some great advice which helped us chose the right door Fitting Carried out with care and respect Great job!! Great customer service received throughout. Lee was very helpful in going over measurements and ensuring correct door size was ordered. Delivery was received week earlier and expected, and when asked questions I received a prompt response. Would recommend and use again certainly. Ordered a Palladio front door, really happy with the quality of the product, looks great and the installer commented on ease of installation of the door.
