I started visiting Kat a 4 months ago as I felt bad posture and tightness in my joints were holding me back from my running potential. I blamed two pregnancies and toddlers that always want to be carried. After my first visit I had movement in my upper body that I hadn't felt for years and over the past few months Kat's knowledge, expertise and wise words have help me achieve personal bests in 5k, 10k and half marathon!

Can't recommend this place enough to get you back on the road to recovery. Kat has rebuilt me physically and mentally and I am on track to a level of normality to continue competing at an extreme level.

I have been seeing Kat for a little over a year for neck and back issues and in that time my quality of life has improved dramatically. I have seen quite a few chiropractors in my life and find Kat to be among the best and you get a sense that she really cares about the wellbeing of her clients which sets her apart. At last I've got a sense of wellbeing.ive suffered along history of sciatic pain especially at night causing me sleep depravity.i now have had 5 nights of free pain.(sciatica).I've had 10 sessions. Kat takes time to listen which is most important for us humans.All I wanted was a better quality of life and thanks to kats skills and ADVICE I'm fast approaching this.most important work along with kat.
