management treat their staff awful on the domicillary care team, awful hours, no breaks and very rude! staff over turn is terrible! they should be disgusted with themselves.

Absolutely disgusting shamble of an establishment. Work there staff into the ground with ridiculous 16 hour shifts with no breaks. No thanks or gratitude for them and no care for staff. Not surprised all the staff keep leaving just hope the people will still get the care they need.
