Hard work getting through on the phones quicker to go to the place to talk to sum one, took almost a mouth to get my insurance documents signed by a GP as who ever was answering the emails could find the attached PDF

The doctors and nurses are fine - the trick is getting to speak to one. The system they have for booking appointments is atrocious, and is clearly failing on all sides. There is no reason that I can see why we shouldnt be able to book appointments online again like we used to. If youre understaffed - get more staff. If you cant run this practice to a satisfactory level then dont run it at all. There are no excuses for this - if no one there is able to work out how to improve your appointment booking system then get someone in that can and will.

The most difficult part is getting an appointment when the phone lines open. Once you have an appointment things are great and smooth. TV name display and audio is excellent for you to know where to go

Can't say much about the service.... Can't get through on the phone... How do they expect a working person to be constantly pressing radial .... Failed on Friday and I'm currently on 252 missed calls and 25 minutes on hold which has taken 1 hour and 25 minutes out of my working day so far... This system dose not work............ God help us when the people from the 50 odd houses in Newton register plus there's more houses planned around the corner plus the 500 plus houses being built on the fair ground site.. Our health is doooomed.....

I moved away from this surgery as they are slow at everything and theyre attitudewas disgustingto people. I'm glad I moved...
