The bungalow itself is perfect. Everything you could want for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The location of number 22 means it is probably more peaceful than the others. Having stayed here when our house was rewired a couple of years ago we had enjoyed the pool during our stay so we booked again to return during October half term. We received a message during our journey from the owner Georgie letting us know that the pool was closed but it was unclear at the time how long for. We checked the website and realised that since our last visit the pool is no longer open during October half term but shuts on 30th.September. The whole point of travelling 5 hours from Kent was to chill, spend very little and enjoy the pool and quality time with our son's. Georgie did refund us 50 but this did nothing to take away the disappointment I felt. The bungalow itself is perfect, sheets were immaculate and there is plenty of room. The reason for 4 stars the pool issue, not the owners fault. Make sure you check the website when you book somewhere as we didn't.
