Just completed this mornings class. I have to admit some Sundays I havent had breakfast or a cup of tea or, like today, the sun is calling me into the garden but not once have I regretted choosing Yoga with Sunette instead. I often wonder how could possibly she have known what my body desperately needed. Her classes work on bits of my body so often ignored. I feel so good! Have a go - your body and mind will be so grateful! Thank you Sunette.

I join in with Sunette's yoga class every Sunday and it sets me up for the week ahead! Her classes are gentle yoga flow that works brilliantly for me, and she focuses on breathing techniques with definitely helps to restore and calm . I would highly recommend.

Amazing yoga classes! I have done many yoga classes in the past and not many yoga teachers are good ones. Sunette has that natural ability to release all stress in your body (and mind). I have no hesitation in recommending Light Yoga Practice to anyone who want to experience what yoga is supposed to be.
