        This is the only gym I have ever stuck to! A great atmosphere for all abilities, Gareth is really helpful and all of the members encourage each other. Cant recommend it enough

        I have now been going to This gym for a little while now , I have now started the classes and have gained so much more confidence within myself and my health from fudges help and keeping me motivated!!! and I have made such a good connection with all the other who attend as-well lovely group of people to be with !!

        I have been a member of this gym for 3 years and its the only gym I have stuck too. The classes are so good, with an amazing coach and the members are all supportive. There is nothing more daunting than starting a new gym if you dont know anybody, but after 5 minutes here you will feel like youve been a member for ages.
