        I live in Kidwelly and was given this pharmacy's number by a very snotty receptionist at Kidwelly surgery. Thank goodness she did, lovely friendly helpful staff. I only had to wait 5 mins to see the pharmacist he put my mind at rest and gave me a prescription for a virus . Thank you.

        Lived in Pontyates 18 yrs never used the pharmacy personally before but what a level of service from my initial phone call, consultation and finally picking up the medication. Better than my GP (not pontyates) A big thanks to all concerned. Feel better already
