After initial positive service re measuring and pricing of a Summer House (pricing mostly done by phone, but luckily recorded), things went downhill.
A completely different shed was delivered, and when we tried to get this rectified, the owner of the company made several excuses, and by no means took responsibility for something that was 100% his error.
NB: The sheds supplied are of a high standard (NOT produced by WD), and the chaps that do the installation are professional, skilled and efficient.
It will eventually cost us over 25% more than the original quote for us to rectify this situation ourselves. Also an awful lot of inconvenience, stress and disappointment.
We have never even received an apology, which in itself is an insult.
