Well I've never heard anything like it purchased a packet of cigarettes got home only to find they'd given me the wrong ones ,so took them back to change them only to be told I cannot change them because they'd left the shop well if the server had given me the right ones there wouldn't be a problem but I've been refused an exchange I think it's ABSOLUTELY disgusting and I for one will not be shopping there in future
