Went with my family to this one for a change as we usually go to cwmdu swansea but that's gone disgusting.
Got in and it was busy which wasn't the issue.
The issue was when I was eating my CHICKEN wrap and the chicken was raw/pink. I took it to the tills and told them just for them to try and tell me that it was vein??
I'm a big gal and I've obviously cooked fresh chicken before and I know what's a vein and whats not.
This was pink chicken. Basically raw.
They told me in a VERY talk-down like matter that they are "only trying to reassure me" but the way it was said was ridiculous.
And I know what people say "what do you expect from mcdonalds" well tbh I expect more from a BIG world wide known fast food chain.

Place was packed with customers waiting, inside and at the drive thru. I think there were 3 members of staff working. Service took around half hour.
The staff that handed over my order grunted something as she did so.
The veggie fingers had clearly been sat for hours. They were rock hard and only luke warm inside. My friends burger was put together with old ingredients, hard and nearly cold. The fries were all way undercooked.
