I did the green trail today which is about 2 miles loop. This is a moderate trail with quite a bit of slope to negotiate and the gorge path has steep drop to look down to the river so not great if you get vertigo . The chain bridge is wobbly but safe to cross with hand rail. Beautiful walk through woodland gorge. I kept dogs on leads because of steep drops and the chance of a stray sheep
