GR Plumbers

It's usually nice when you have home improvements done,unfortunately my experience with Gareth left a lot to be desired. He was suppose to carry out plumbing works and project manage the rest of the job,after bringing out his supposed carpenter to help him quote for the job Gareth decided to do the carpentry and building work himself and the standard of workmanship wasn't great. Amongst other things he damaged the door he fitted by planing through the veneer,also the door swings open by itself so it hasn't been hung squarely....I've paid for a radiator to be fitted including labour which I didn't get and the new stud wall that was built and paid for to be plastered was left as bare plasterboard with a bit of rough filler. Also after asking many times he refuses to give me a receipt for money paid which now invalidates the warranty on the macerator and other parts he's fitted. This is a truthful account which can be backed up by photos and emails.

Gareth is a true professional, a tradesmen amongst a cavalcade of 'have a go' cowboys, and fly by night con-artists. Gareth has undertaken numerous pieces of work for me at a rental property, and each piece of work has been completed with excellence and to the highest quality standards possible. Recently, Gareth completed a full boiler replacement for me. The fit and finish was outstanding, the communications throughout were superb, he did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it. Gareth's professional integrity is second to none. The boiler is working to cost and energy efficiency perfection. Further, I now have happy tenants and peace of mind that the install is functional and safe. If you need the services of a heating engineer, look no further. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. You'll kick yourself for not choosing GR Plumbers.

Gareth replaced a bew boiler fir us and new radiators in my sons hiuse. Extremely happy with his work. Would highly recommend him.

Had a new boiler fitted by Gareth, he provided a fantastic, reliable and professional service from first contact through to our boiler service a year later! Would definitely recommend!

Gareth relocated a new boiler from downstairs to upstairs for me. He was very professional and the standard of workmanship was high. He also come back on a separate occasion at short notice to repair a leaky pipe. Both time Gareth was here he was friendly and very well mannered. He is very experienced and will always point you in the right direction. Top man cant fault him in any way.
