I've been looking for a VW Kombi for a few months and came across Go Explore Custom Vans & Campers through their E-Bay site. I read through the reviews on Google and based on these, I made an enquiry about a van. I was contacted by Mark within the hour. We chatted about a few things and Mark sent me a couple of videos to compliment the photos on the website. As I live in Norfolk, it is too far to pop in and have a look, but Mark was friendly and professional and set my mind at rest. I paid a holding deposit (fully refundable) and arranged to come down later in the week. Meanwhile, the van was taken to be serviced, MOTd and checked over before sale. I travelled down by train later in the week and was met at the station by Matthew. We went back to Go Explore and the van was even better than in the photos/videos. The team were very welcoming and I took the van out for a test drive. Steve showed me how the van worked. Under the bonnet, the stereo and all the switches etc. (Its a big change from my last VW 1989 T25). Nothing was too much trouble. All questions were answered straight away. I drove back home in it and havent stopped smiling since. I have had compliments on how the van looks a great credit to all the team at Go Explore. In summary, a professional and friendly company, where the team are passionate about their work and nothing is too much trouble. Would I recommend them? Without hesitation (and I already have). Just bought a T6 Highline Camper from these guys. Outstanding customer service from Mark and Steve. Really knowledgeable and took their time to explain and demonstrate all the features. Highly recommend!
