3rd delivery from DGH today. Excellent customer service, and every driver helpful. Even helped me carry the timber in from the road. Brilliant family owned business with staff who also care about service.

From the first phone call I was treated with respect, the staff were informative, helpful and unbiased. I received a follow up phone call for my own convenience, a time for collection and REALLY helpful advice.On collection, the shop is easy to find, the staff were again helpful, friendly and courteous. A real family business, welcoming of both my son and I. My timber was cut to a specified size perfectly and hand delivered to my car, where it was loaded! I am honestly blown away by the service here, I will be a returning customer for many years and will be spreading the word! Update; I was in Carmarthen B&Q this morning and while they *may* have stocked what I needed, I drove to DG Heath instead. I was not disappointed. The customer service is second to none, always ready for a friendly chat and to advise on what is appropriate for the job. I never regret going. Highly recommended. Female friendly company. Professional and knowledgeable. See you next time!

Having decided to replace an old decking with Millboard composite decking, it was a pleasure dealing with DG Heath. Dealt with Jamie who seemed genuinely interested in what I was doing and provided a detailed quote and good delivery times. Following the delivery, working with the boards, my wife has now decided to replace another old decking with millboard. Once again great service with Jamie.
