Awful customer service! My car went in for an MOT on Monday, the car failed on a tyre and headlight alignment. The garage sent me a text message requesting me to authorise the work, I selected the tyre that was in stock. I phoned the garage the next morning asking for a pick up time, they informed me between 2pm to 3pm. I attended to be told my car wasn't ready as they hadn't got around to working on it. I asked for another time to be told they couldn't say when but would ring me before the end of the day. No phone call. I phoned again the following day to be told the delivery company had sent the wrong tyre. Which is surprising as I selected the higher priced tyre that was in stock, then to be blatantly lied to saying they hadn't got around to fitting the tyre when in actual fact the tyre wasn't even in stock! If you are happy with terrible customer service, like to be lied to and have 3 days spare for a tyre to be fitted this is definitely the garage for you. However, I will never return. Service: Tires
