        Getting appointments is very hard here and even if you have appointments sometimes I feel very bad because doctors are not helping at all. Some doctors are fine.

        Here on holiday seen straight away barely sat down seen by a lovely GP and treated brilliantly. Reception staff lovely and so kind treated me as if I was their own patient cannot praise the staff enough thank you

        After a scare the doctor who saw me was thorough , explained everything and I left reassured and cared for.

        Awful service. Wait on phone forever only to be told you've pressed the wrong option. Don't blame the receptionist...its the system.Atrocious. Would change surgery if I could but unfortunately I'm stuck with it. I work in Morriston Hospital. No wonder everyone turns up at A&E. Come on guys...there's got to be a better way...
