Our love one has been placed at the Hollies we found the home well staffed and inviting. Her room is clean and pleasant, she loves her bed and is enjoying the food which is home cooked. She enjoys her time down stairs. We as the family have no concerns.

They seemed very nice, but during my mother's very short stay at the Hollies they packed her off to A&E in an ambulance with noone accompanying her, when I arrived in A&E an hour later (it took me that time to get there from where I work) she was naked and alone and screaming in pain, very confused and crying. The nurses in A&E had not been informed about her alzeimers. It seems at The Hollies their care stops at the threshold. I also spoke to a paramedic who told me they often picked up vulnerable patients from the Hollies who are just handed over to them by the staff.

My father, 92, early stage dementia, has spent 10 days being cared for by the friendly, caring, professional staff. Dad did not want to return home, he enjoyed the company of the other men around his age. All he could say when he came home was how he felt so cared for. Thank you
