Went here to get my car tax couldnt of asked for better service seen me straight away and taxed my car within the hour very professional and efficient, and very welcoming highly recommended.

If you're looking at buying a used car, I would highly recommend Parkhouse Cars. We found our car advertised via Autotrader and after viewing their website, we decided to visited them. From the moment we arrived, we both felt very comfortable, Sam and his staff were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We decided to buy the car and Sam offered to put a new Mot on it for us. A few little things came up on the mot that needed doing (general wear and tear), but again, nothing was too much trouble, they did the few bits and put it through the mot and we collected the following weekend. They knew the car was for my fiancee's "special birthday" and when we collected it, it was spotlessly clean and they'd wrapped it in a Gold ribbon and there was a bunch of flowers in the boot! Fantastic surprise and very thoughtful! A couple of months ago, I got in touch with Sam, as the rear wheel bearings started making a noise (no reflection of the car, again just normal wear and tear) and once again, their service was second to none. They sorted it out without any hesitation. We've bought cars from garages all over the UK and I have to say, I've never had such high level of service, even from main dealers, as we did with Parkhouse. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sam and his team at Parkhouse cars and we'll definitely give them a call before we go anywhere else in the future. Best wishes. Matt
