Mr Preene, Lindsay and Team you have been absolutely amazing with the arrangements for my great aunts funeral. I will be eternally grateful for your calmness and consideration. Your fortitude when confronted with every hurdle that was thrown at us. All issues were all so deftly swept away. Thank you for managing both funerals so well. Its been an absolute honour to have met you.

We recently used the services of Mr Preene and dealt with Paul. Paul was absolutely amazing going above and beyond at this very sad time. He took all the stress away and kept us informed of everything, coordinating with the Priest, church, crematorium etc as there was family who needed to travel to be able to attend. We can't thank Paul enough for the professional service that he gave to our family We are forever grateful and would highly recommend W H Preene.

We used Mr Preene when my brother in law sadly passed away. Every aspect of the service was first class and I would highly recommend. All the staff were polite, charming and helpful and couldnt do enough for us.

I am using my son's Google to write my review of W.H. Preene & Son. On the day my dear husband died, I only made one phone call which was to Mr. Preene, who I remembered dealt so kindly and efficiently with the funerals of both my parents in law. From the moment of my call, the funeral arrangements of my husband went smoothly and with compassion, a great relief as there is so much to deal with following a sudden death. On the actual day of the funeral Mr. Preene had suggested a detour around Llantrisant a town so beloved of my husband, and this enabled many people to line the street as the Covid restrictions forbade them from attending the actual funeral. The whole service was conducted as I had wished, and I am forever grateful for that. The Order of Service, flowers, music and songs were exactly as I had requested. Since then the interment of the ashes was done with great care and the family was totally unhurried. My beloved husband now has a stone in St. David's Churchyard which the family can visit. This has also been inscribed exactly as I wanted. I feel that I cannot thank Philip, Lindsay and Paul enough for helping me during such a terrible time. Judith H. Gronow
