The installer was extremely knowledgable in all aspects of communication with years experience.His approach was professional yet friendly he explained all technical details clearly and simply without talking down and was very patient when answering questions.The entire visit Was enjoyable and reassuring and left us feeling confident in the work done and we would have no hesitation in using him and his company again or recommending him.

They are conscientious professionals who always looks for alternative cheaper options for the client. Eg, rather than removing ceiling boards to rewire lighting in a centralised fashion, using his Cisco background, he suggested a less disruptive installation which involved smart light switches using a zigbee system. This was much easier way to install and created less mess which pleased my wife. They upgraded the WiFi so that it worked throughout the house and in the garden and in a remote garage. They installed Sky tv in all the rooms via a video network switch which even allowed us to view sky in our remote sunroom adding to the enjoyment of watching sport whilst having dinner in the garden. They systematically went through the complicated installation process explaining to the layman what they are doing in an easy manner. They suggested options of control that client may have not thought of and can tweak control scenes remotely to your wishes. His scope of work included,:- upgrading the WiFi system to whole house and out buildings, CCYV, tv distribution, lighting control, and centralised audio distribution. I would recommend using them for any project you wish to undertake.
