Visted first time and it did not disappoint!!! Stunning food lovely staff, we opted for Market Menu! Need to pop back to try the pies!

Stunning food. Had bad deserts a couple of times though. Mains & starters were delectable though

Pretty average in all respects. Well the beer was good.. the Sunday roast had very burned yorkies and undercooked green beans and almost no gravy. Apparently the veggie steak thing was weird and tasteless. Had to get the waitresses attention and ask for everything, asked for kids menus, another round of drinks, spoons for dessert, extra gravy etc.. nothing was ever offered and it's quite a pricey pub/restaurant so a more attentive service is expected. The staff were all nice so it seemed that this was just the level of service we should expect. It's a shame as I'd love to make that pub one I go to regularly but I won't unless it's just for a pint. The Gwaelod is miles better.
