Now had 2 sessions with Michelle to relieve some chronic pain in my back and neck stemming from some previous injuries and working a desk job with poor posture. The unbelievable release from the 2 sessions, along with the recommended exercises to do at home to strengthen my core, and my back is now pain free for the first time in years. Can't recommend highly enough

After seeing another therapist and getting nowhere I was recommended to go and see Michelle and she diagnosed me and started treatment and felt instantly much better after the session I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with any kind of injury or muscle pain

Being a wonnabe bodybuilder I have seen many different sports massage therapists in the past but none of them come close to the knowledge and expertise Michelle has in this field. Ive been going to her for a couple of years now and can honestly say she has fixed all of my issues and still manages to amaze me with some of the techniques. Dont suffer in pain and dont hesitate just book a session and get the issue sorted.

Brilliant treatments from Michelle again today. (This is a long review, skip to the final sentence if you wish to get the message!) As a keen but injury prone recreational runner I decided to take a more professional approach and contacted Michelle back in May. This was after a disastrous few runs where I felt my knee and quads were going to explode. And, by god, I am glad I did! I had fallen into the trap of overdoing everything - YouTube videos with "200+ exercises to do daily to strengthen your knees" all watched and duly performed, "run every day to wish the pain away" type videos..... ditto.... First began almost a running/exercise detox. Running was reduced and exercises simplified, and a new concept of "rest and recovery" was explained to me and built into my programme. (You may laugh but at times I was exercising twice-a-day 6 times a week) Treatments helped repair the damage to my massively over-used quads - I once asked Michelle "How many muscles make up the quads"...... Seemingly 4 is the answer! (Not my proudest moment) - and released all the tension from all my other overworked muscles. First race of my season (after being in the injury wastelands for over 3 years) was an amazing 15k. Smashed it. No pain. First time for years! Long story short I have been going nearly every week throughout the summer and now into Autumn. Remaining able to run is important to me - as I said in an earlier review "I am a 6'5" ex second-row rugby player with a degenerative back condition and knackered knees" so remaining mobile is important to me. My season finished with a 2:03 half-marathon effort which I was amazed with! To go from May, panicking that I was going to knacker my knee up more to enjoying running this distance was incredible. Over the weeks my exercises and running have been tailored to the "me" of the moment. Whether it has been stabilisation exercises, strength based or whatever - they have all helped. Michelle has given me the discipline and ability to train to a personal high level, but is also never afraid to tell me to "calm it down". For a tailored, structured approach to training and injury treatment or prevention go see Michelle.
