Part of the NHS regardless what they claim. Hence why they have the Betsi Cadwaladr UHB tag also. And why the title NHS Complaints Advocacy is amptly named too....corrupt as the rest. Youll be made out and labelled as crazy for raising a complaint under BCUHB. Be warned.

I was sorry to read the previous review. Whilst forms of stigmatisation can happen across the board - where you raise a complaint and are then undermined for doing so - which is totally and utterly unacceptable and we are sorry for any persons(s) this has happened to - we must add that this has most certainly not been our experience of the CHC in Wrexham. Indeed, the opposite was our experience. We were also apprehensive about discriminatory frameworks, which we know exist 'out there' and, in our own personal experience and it all honesty, it was clear that the CHC Wrexham were highly sensitive to and aware of the danger and ills of any such discriminatory frameworks. We experienced empathy, care, skill, knowledge and an organised approach. We can only thank them for their assistance in addressing a unique problem, preparing a way forward, and helping to assert our voice.
