Installation of the new heating system was excellent. Carried out in super fast time. Cannot fault that. Where TB let themselves down is once they have your money, the service is poor. The aftersales and more annoyingly the communication is awful. I have tried multiple times to sort an issue out, I never get called back. Have emailed their Info@ address 4 times with zero response. I cannot help but feel (and have heard since elsewhere) that they are great for the initial high value installation, but then extremely poor afterwards. I had my first annual service which highlighted an issue with a part installed. I have chased and chased to find out what is happening and have had no response or the one time I spoke to someone the part was on order and they would be in touch.. That was over 3 months ago.. I could not recommend TB enough when it was first installed, but sadly I would not recommend them now, which is a shame as it's for such easy/basic customer service.
