The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Standard repair work which should take a maximum of 2 weeks took 7 weeks because they could not get hold of a small cosmetic part. They eventually sourced this from another supplier. They would not release the car to me without this part because I would not pay the excess on my policy, however it was eventually returned to me without the excess being paid which is contradictory to their policy. No apology issued for length of time they had my car. Hopefully our paths will never cross again. Service: Auto body & trim repair

My car went in under an insurance claim to have bodywork replaced and repaired. The garage kept me well informed and updated. The men who my picked my car up and dropped it off again were very pleasant and polite, Llinos who I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally polite and friendly it didnt seem to be a problem when I phoned several times even though I had regular updates, she was always friendly and pleasant. Well done to all of you. Oh! And and also a great job completed. Service: Auto body & trim replacement
