    Happy to take your Money, but enquire about buying the vehicle once the lease is up and they strangely ignore your emails, but then a month before the car goes back wants to speak to me about a new lease deal. In a nutshell aftersales very poor!

    Terrible experience, car initially advertised as "in-stock", then I was told it would take a few weeks to arrive, this was then further delayed at which point they informed there is no guarantee of the delivery date. They also refused to refund my 360 fee that I had paid, it would have a saved a lot of hassle if they would have been transparent at the start in regards to their policy of delivery dates. Looking at other reviews it seems like a lot of people have had similar problems, it seems like they purposefully withhold this information to get the sale and then when customers don't receive the vehicles when they expected they let them know they have no control of when the car is to arrive. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Edit: The financial ombudsman has ruled that v4b must refund 355 of the original 360 fee + 8% interest. I have now received my refund and would highly encourage anyone else who has had the same problem to take their case to the financial ombudsman. V4b are incorrectly telling people that they are not entitled to a refund on their initial booking fee.

    Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a car with V4B in Nov 21 with the confidence that although not in stock, I would receive the car 4 months later in March 22 as I was told. Little did I know this was the start of an uphill battle. I kept receiving delay after delay (at first I accepted due to the Ukraine crisis) but it became silly. I was given a date when I would be updated in which then passed and had to chase for an update to which I was faced with further delay. V4B tried to offer me alternatives which we way outside of my budget which were of no help. With numerous back an forths in 2022 I sent a large email to give me a realistic date of when I would receive the car as the (build weeks) are just a deterrent to think you are close to receiving your order which I was told would be Mid-2023, almost 2 years since ordering the car! I then asked should I cancel that I receive a full refund of the Admin fee (360) to which V4B said as per the T&Cs were non refundable. I asked on numerous occasions to clarify or detail where it states that in the contract to which they would ignore and answer another question. They did finally cave in and reviewed it with their compliance officer and then had the cheek to ask me to accept their sincere apologies as theyd apparently changed their T&Cs but although I signed something completely separate and werent willing to budge. To resolve the matter I sent a formal letter highlighting everything and provided references to all contact I had with V4B over the period. I received a short response then was notified that my order had been cancelled! With no refund. It seems as if V4B are experts in promising to fulfill orders and then keeping the admin fee once you wish to cancel as they arent selling cars!! They also referred me to the Ombudsman, where they said V4B had incorrectly referred them and they closed down my complaint. In summary, AVOID V4B at all costs, customer service is appalling you will lose your money!

    I would caution anyone who is considering utilising V4B to look for another broker, or insist that you pay their booking fee once the car is delivered. I ordered a lease car through V4B in mid march 2022 for my wife and was advised a delivery date of May 2022. We advised them my wife's existing lease was due to expire in July so we had a little leeway in delivery but July was the hard stop. Their communication was abizmal, the car dates slipped from May to July, then to August and finally to April 2023. These slippages were notified as we chased for updates there was no hint of proactively trying to resolve the issues and the narrative on why there were delays and likely delivery was inconsistent to say the least. In the end we had to cancel the lease as we could not wait 14 months for a car we had ordered with an advertised estimated delivery of 2 months. However, when we asked V4B for a refund of our payment they refused. I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
