Demon Tweeks

Ordered tyres for my motorbike with 60 days delivery beginning of feb , got told the front would be 31/03 then had to chase 3 times again to get an answer of middle of May. Told them to cancel and sent the rear back to them , I have only had the refund for the cancelled item . Still chasing my other refund , customer service & communication very bad ! Issue still not resolved , several emails have to be sent to get any sort of response!

Not a good experience. I ordered a gear indicator for a 2014 Triumph Tiger Sport from their website. I entered the year and model of the bike and the webpage said in big bold letters This part fits your current vehicle: Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014 unfortunately after receiving and fitting this part it turns out that it was not the correct part and was in fact for a much earlier Triumph Tiger that did not have ABS. When I contacted Demon Tweeks and pointed out that their webpage was wrong, their answer was to check the webpage and point out that in much less noticeable print than the This part fits your current vehicle: Triumph Tiger Sport 1050 2014 it said Non-ABS Models. I then pointed out that Triumph did not make a Tiger Sport without ABS and that their website directed me to this product. Their answer was this is your problem, not ours It seems that they will cling to any excuse rather than provide good customer service - there are plenty more bike accessories retailers around.
