        Ordered a sample handle, which looked good, however ultimately decided not to use. I appreciate that as it took a while to decide, I was outside of return window, but The Handle Studio did not even consider even a partial refund, not even offered to just pay postage for the refund so they can resell, so my handle will now go to waste, which I think is not a climate friendly way of doing business, and I think this alone merits the one star.
