My mother is 92years old so cannot take her own recycling so I took it for her to the centre. I was told by the man checking ID that she had to take her own rubbish. I had her rates bill with me for her address. Common sense prevailed and I was allowed to empty the rubbish and take some nice things to the shop. Polite banter was all I encountered.
